City Offering Two Youth Sports Camps During Spring Break

Registration Open for Volleyball and Basketball Camps

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is accepting registration for spring break youth volleyball and basketball camps for boys and girls ages 8 to 17 at the Corpus Christi Gym located at 3202 Cabaniss Parkway.

The four-day 2024 Spring Break Youth Volleyball Camp will be held Monday through Thursday, March 11 to March 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants can improve their skills, learn teamwork, and understand the game. They will learn fundamental volleyball skills, including bump, pass, and spike. The fee is $70/player.

The four-day 2024 Spring Break Youth Basketball Camp will be held Monday through Thursday, March 11 to March 14, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants will learn how to dribble, shoot, pass, and other basketball skills through drills. Experienced players will learn techniques to improve their game. Teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun will be emphasized. The fee is $70/player.

Online registration is open now and will remain open until March 14, 2024, for both camps. Participants may register for one or all four days of camp for one flat fee of $70/player/camp.
